Funding for approved 2020 grant projects was sent to all organizations in late May. In light of potential project delays caused by COVID-19, there is an optional one-year deferral to use 2020 funding next year in 2021.
If you are able to complete your project in 2020 as planned, submit an annual report by December 15, 2020 on the results of the project.
If you chose to defer your grant funding for the same project in 2021, submit an annual report by December 15, 2020 to let us know that you will defer the funding one year.
If you chose to defer your grant funding for a new project in 2021, also let us know by December 15, 2020. It might be necessary to submit a new grant proposal for a project that is significantly different from the originally-approved project for 2020.
In all cases, be sure to cash the 2020 County-issued check within six months or the check will be cancelled. Any questions, just email us.
